Placing Your Order
How do I place an order on-line?
To place an order on-line, add items to your shopping cart and follow the step-by-step checkout process. We will confirm receipt of your order via email to you.
How do I place an order over the phone?
To place an order over the phone, call 336-268-2255. Our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.
Will I get a receipt with my order?
Yes, you will receive a receipt.
Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 48 hours of placing your order.
Exchange Policy
Please contact us at 336.268.2255 for assistance with your item exchange. Please note that you will be charged for the return shipping of the new item.

We offer both standard US Mail as well as Express Delivery. Express Delivery is not available on orders of $60.00 or more.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are unable accept or ship international orders.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?
At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.
Address Validation:
To ensure your packages are delivered to the correct address quickly, we compare the address you entered to the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) database of valid addresses. That way, we can help identify and correct any typos or errors in the address you entered. If we find a discrepancy, we will show you the errors USPS found and ask you either accept the recommended changes or correct the address.

The Hoppers Yard will be closed on all National Holidays except for Memorial Day and the 4th of July.
