A native of Des Moines, Iowa Todd began his sports career in 2003 as an intern with the Iowa Cubs and followed as a Ticket Sales Executive for a minor league hockey team.

A graduate of Iowa State, Todd earned his degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology. He currently resides in Greensboro.
